Question 1

Can work take place outside of teaching hours?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can discuss evening, weekend or school holiday appointments, subject to availability and the work involved. We’ll agree access, any electrical shutdowns and the programme with you beforehand to help minimise disruption to teaching and school activities.

Question 2

Can you deal directly with the caretaker or site manager?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can coordinate directly with your caretaker, site manager or facilities team to arrange access, understand the building’s requirements and plan the work. Please provide their contact details and any access restrictions when you enquire.

Question 3

Are all safeguarding requirements included automatically?

Accepted Answer

Every school and nursery has its own requirements, so these need to be confirmed before work is booked. Please tell us about any required DBS checks, safeguarding procedures, inductions and contractor documentation. We’ll confirm what we can provide and agree the necessary arrangements before attending.
